Invoicing :  Billing for our services is sent electronically, at the beginning of the following month.  Our invoices include a detailed log of line count for each dictation transcribed and the whole process is completely automated leaving no room for error.

Payment :  Payment is accepted by check and wire transfers.

4.  Do we sign a contract?
     Yes, after a successful trial, and when we are ready to begin.  We can send you the      requisite documents if needed.
