3. What are your capabilities?
        Format : We can work with any dictation format and transcripts can also be offered                          in the desired format.

   Template : We can cater to any of your requirement with regards to templates /                         formats / and other specifications

4. What are the commercial terms you offer?    
Line Count : Our rates are calculated per 65 characters (with spaces). Consequently,                        true headers and footers, fonts, font sizing, spacing, number of pages,                       and other such criteria do not play a role in determining our prices.

    Volume : There is no minimum requirement or maximum – just keep us informed                       and we can  handle any volume

     Pricing :  Mutually agreed rates after satisfactory trial period. We assure there are no  hidden costs.
