     All our facilities can only be accessed by authorized staff controlled by a login key.  We have filters and firewalls in place offering protection.  Client access also demands a valid login name and password.  All our Transcriptionists process dictations and reports on workstations in the premises of the company and these workstations have no floppy driver, disc drives etc, which prevents the download, transfer, or physical printing.
