1. How Do I Submit and Retrieve My Dictations?
    We offer our clients different routes for submitting and retrieving dictation files.  You     can choose what is most convenient for you:

    1.  A Free and Secure FTP location is provided to our clients for the sending and          retrieval of files.

    2. Submission and Retrieval can also be conducted through e-mail.

    3. Clients can access a secure VPN server through an authenticated email /                   password which can be used to retrieve and send files to this location.

2. How Do We Test Your Service?
    We offer free trial for a week. We do not charge you for services rendered during this     period.
